Ryan Joseph is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Real Estate Broker, and lecturer with over 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, valuation, and sustainable property practices. As Managing Director of The Property Vault, he specialises in property valuation, brokerage, sustainability, and professional ethics. Ryan is also an Ambassador for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Mr Stephen Joseph, BSc

Stephen Joseph is a Real Estate Broker, Property Inspector, marketer, and lecturer with over 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, property inspection, marketing, and business development. He currently serves as Director of The Property Vault and specialises in property brokerage, inspection, marketing strategy, and real estate education.
